The 10th Annual Festival of Gardens, a walking tour through private neighborhood gardens, takes place in the south-central area of West Chester Borough from Price Street to Miner Street. Tickets are priced at $20 in advance, or $25 the day of the event. Proceeds from the event benefit the horticultural program at Barclay Friends.
