West Chester Parks & Recreation’s Egg Hunt & Easter Bunny Lunch

WC-Parks-EasterJoin West Chester Parks & Recreation for the best egg hunt around at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 12 at Everhart Park. The event is free to attend, just bring a bag or basket to collect some of the 4,00o eggs that will be filled with toys, candy, chocolate, gold dollars and more!

Following the egg hunt, meet up at Side Bar (10 E. Gay Street) at noon for a fantastic lunch with the Easter Bunny himself! Lunch is $12 per person for ages 2 and up. WinterFest Coming This February

Prepare yourself because coming this February is the annual WinterFest in Downtown West Chester! This year the event will be taking place from February 14th through the 16th. During the two day event Downtown West Chester comes alive with events, retail specials, and performances! Christmas Stroll Around the Town with The Santa Band

The Santa Band is a local West Chester group of musicians who have acquired a loyal following by playing holiday music and spreading cheer in local establishments during the holiday season. This year they are taking their performances one step further to help raise funds for Safe Harbor. To Participate: Donate $40.00 to Safe Harbor and receive a wristband which entitles you to a voucher kit filled with deals from participating West Chester businesses. A Longwood Holiday Christmas

Wander through half a million twinkling lights, thousands of poinsettias, and magnificent Christmas trees. Beautifully lit fountains dance in the starry holiday wonderland, and enjoy concerts presented daily! This season, enjoy A Longwood Christmas, the region’s most popular winter attraction, through January 6th. West Chester’s very own Hotel Warner will be offering a “special Hotel Warner Package” or you can visit Longwood Gardens webpage for ticket availability as timed admission tickets are required. There is no admittance to the Gardens without a timed admission ticket if you are not a Member. Make sure to purchase a timed tickets now to avoid disappointment! Remember tickets are limited and sell out quickly.
