Iron Hill Twilight Race Series Coming This August

TwltCritLogo03iMark your calendar for the annual Iron Hill Twilight Race Series in Downtown West Chester! On August 2, 2014 Downtown transforms into a colorful street festival with lots of free activities for the entire family as the Iron Hill Twilight Race Series, West Chester’s only professional sporting event, ignites with speed racing. The action begins at 4pm. Besides the professional races, there are block parties, adult tricycle races, and kids games. Presented by the Greater Chamber of Commerce of West Chester. Brandywine Food and Wine Festival This Weekend

Swingin’ Summer Thursdays and First Friday

Swingin’ Summer Thursdays will be taking place this Thursday from 6:30PM-9:30PM!  The ever so popular downtown street festival offers great food, live music, clowns, dancers, and much more.  This month Jazz is the theme with Venom Blues and TONEY. The Annual Iron Hill Twilight Race Series

On Saturday June 6, 2013 the The Annual Iron Hill Twilight Race Series will be taking place in Downtown West Chester. West Chester transforms into a colorful street festival full of fun with lots of free activities for the entire family. The high point will be the professional bicycle race along with block parties, foot races, and kids games. See the complete list of activities. Annual May Festival | May 17-19

Join the Chester County Hospital for a fun-filled, family friendly weekend at the 30th Annual May Festival! The festival starts today at 4 p.m. at the Hospital at 701 E. Marshall St., West Chester. Entrance to the event is free but there is a charge for rides and other attractions. You can purchase tickets and the wristbands in advance by clicking on the May Festival website. Below is a schedule for the entire weekend.

Schedule:

  • Friday, May 17: Rides and food: 4 – 9:30pm
  • Saturday, May 18: Rides and food: 10am – 9:30pm; Shops and children’s area: 10am – 6pm
  • Sunday, May 19: Rides, food, shops and children’s area: 11am to 5pm
