The Chester County Historical Society is offering a Family Focus Group on Saturday, August 16th & Wednesday, August 27th! The event will give one the opportunity to Tour the museum and participate in a focus group about the overall experience. The goal of the focus group is to research the Chester County Historical Society’s brand awareness and visitor experience among its potential customers.
