The Uptown! Entertainment Alliance will present the Jazz Cocktail Hour, a Thursday evening concert series, with Kelly Meashey and the Dylan Taylor Quartet. Described as “one of the best-kept secrets in Philadelphia,” Kelly has astounded her audience with her style of empowered soul, sweet vulnerability, technical acrobatics, and raw emotion.
