The 9th Annual West Chester Film Festival begins this coming Friday, April 26 through Sunday, April 28. The Film Festival screens short films submitted by independent filmmakers from around the world. Juried by a panel of industry professionals, the winners are chosen according to content, innovation and technical execution. Films are presented in three downtown venues: West Chester Armory (226 N High St), Knights of Columbus (110 W Market St), and the Hotel Warner (120 N High St).
