Enjoy the costumes, the kids, and the fun, all starting at 7pm. Parade gathers on Market Street between Church & Darlington and proceeds on Market and Gay Streets. Marching bands and cheerleading performances are featured. Families and groups are welcome to participate. Groups & Floats are welcome, but must register with the West Chester Parks & Recreation, for more information call 610-436-9010.
