D-Town Associates, LP, a Pennsylvania limited partnership of Eli Kahn and Jack Loew, have recently purchased the “Mosteller” buildings at Gay and Church Streets from the County of Chester.
Prior to commencing any development plans for the property, the West Chester Business Improvement District is sponsoring an Idea Exchange to discuss the Mosteller corner redevelopment facilitated by the new owners.
